Cozy Home Fenced Yard Pets Welcome Great Location

Everything was great. The heating was not working fully..I will stay again.

Great location for my needs. The neighborhood was very friendly and I loved having the business / restaurants within walking distance.CVS, Taco Bell, corner market and other local eateries were very close. There was a lot of construction in the area with many street blocked as they made repairs which made navigating in the area a little tricky. This was no fault of the host but lots of great improvements to the area. The house was very clean and smelled fresh. The sitting area was comfortable to lounge and watch TV, The front porch and kitchen was great for coffee/meals. It came with items needed to cook but we dined out. We only used the main level of the home two bedrooms (as I traveled with my elderly parents). The main bedroom was spacious and confortable but the bed was very squeaky. The second bedroom was nice with bunk beds. The bed is on the floor so easy to access for kids. The bedroom included a desk that was perfect as I worked from home a few days. I loved having the enclosed yard for my Shih Tzu but didn’t use it. The grass was a little high for a small dog. We did enjoy walking in the morning. The community is walkable so we took daily walks.

Very cozy and clean

Location was great. We stayed two nights and had events downtown both nights. This house is close enough to be convenient but far enough away that traffic is not terrible the entire time. On a map, it does say it is about 15 minutes from downtown, but when there are games/concerts/events, traffic close to downtown, primarily when getting close to your exit off the highway, will get pretty heavy and will end up taking you closer to 30 minutes. Backyard is fully fenced in, most of it a full 6 or 8 foot privacy fence. There are a couple spots in the fence that could use a little reinforcement, but was just secure enough for my big dog. Check in was simple, did not run into any issues during my stay. One bit of feedback that I would make is that the listing shows there are smoke detectors, however I don’t recall seeing any actually installed. There are multiple places inside the property that had the mounts on the wall, but the actual smoke detectors were not installed and were instead sitting in the linen closet, which does feel like a safety concern.

Nice house-clean-close to everything. Nicely located. Great fenced yard for the dog was appreciated
