Newly Renovated in Historic Neighborhood Near DTW

Will not be returning Positive: When we arrived we noticed the photos do not represent the property at all and the home was not newly renovated anytime recently. Items in the photos were not even in the house. The coffee table has been replaced with an ottoman with some kind of child mat on top . And the outside was not appealing. It was very difficult for my 88 yr old father to go up the old steep creaky stairs to get to the bathroom. Also, he would not have been able to lift the microwave out of the cut out hole in the cabinet and set it on top of the stove to plug in and use. Because of this, I needed to move my father to a nearby hotel. Very disappointed in the quality of the furniture and beds. Even though the neighborhood was nice, we will not be returning. Amazing stay definitely would rent again, Host had amazing response times on short notice.

House was clean. Cozy with nostalgic vibes with creaky steps and floors. Kitchen was lightly stocked. Quiet neighborhood. Easy to find. Several blinds need to be replaced in the house. Served our needs for our short stay near Detroit.

1. No shower towels provided2. Black mold on the bathroom ceiling3. Outdoor furnitures not cleaned and have spider webs and bugs. 4. AC is insufficient in the upper story, it was hot.
